Terms & Conditions – Parthraj Travels

By using our Self-Drive, Car Rentals, Taxi Services, or Monthly Car Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

• The vehicle must be used only for lawful and agreed-upon purposes.
• The renter/user is responsible for the vehicle’s safety and proper handling during the rental period.
• Any damage caused due to negligence, reckless driving, or violation of traffic laws will be charged to the user.
• The user must carry a valid driving license and necessary documents while using a self-drive car.
• Parthraj Travells reserves the right to refuse service to any customer violating these terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

• 🚫 Smoking & Drinking: Strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A penalty will be charged for violations.
• 🚫 Overspeeding: Follow speed limits at all times. Speeding fines or penalties will be borne by the renter.
• 🚫 Unauthorized Drivers: Only the registered driver is allowed to drive self-drive rentals.
• 🚫 Illegal Activities: The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes or commercial transportation without prior approval.

3. Fuel & Maintenance Policy

• For Self-Drive Rentals, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
• Any damage, flat tires, or mechanical issues caused due to negligence will be charged to the renter.
• Regular maintenance is carried out by Parthraj Travells, but users must report any issues immediately.

4. Payment & Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required for self-drive rentals, refundable upon vehicle return in proper condition.
• Payments must be made in advance via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
• Any additional charges (damage, late return, traffic fines, etc.) will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

5. Liability & Insurance

• Our vehicles are insured, but renters/users will be liable for any damage beyond insurance coverage.
• In case of an accident, the user must immediately inform Parthraj Travells and the local authorities.

6. Late Return & Extension Policy

• Late returns without prior approval will be charged an additional fee.
• Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be communicated in advance.

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Parthraj Travels reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
